Sarah Van Wyk saw a gaping hole within society that seemed to lose so many people through religion and judgements, leaving countless numbers unknowing the logic, the truth and uncovering the lies.
With 7 tattoos and a glampire, dark, sequined filled sense of style, sarah has suffered her share of "christians" and "non christians" alike judging, condeming and attacking her. Her choice of music includes rammstein, e nomine, tool, killswitch engage, alice in chains, rock, metal, melodic metal,
in flames, chevelle, placebo, fiona apple and any music that is of quality.
Sarah has found over time, many "outsiders" not normally welcomed kindly/warmly or spoken to at all in a church coming to her for guidance,
support and advice. Miss Van Wyk knows that many "christians" fall prey to religion, that everyone including herself, is damaged, broken and
trying to survive in a boat without oars in a wild ocean of fury. She holds a science degree and an accounting degree.Sarah knows that, against
popular belief,true science never contradicts faith and faith never contradicts true science. Glampire Sarah believes first and foremost in logic and
that faith is not devoid of logic: in fact, faith is a perfectly logical concept.
Glampire Sarah Van Wyk's rare voice ( fach: dramatic soprano/ 4 octave range) and 7 language repertoire of classical and original dark pieces has
been gaining radio play, radio interviews, magazine features and magazine covers. Sarah has headlined the main stage at salem massachusetts for
Halloween Night itself (100,000 Visitors ) and throughout October for Haunted Happenings ( Hundreds of visitors per day ) for the last few years.
Sarah has 6 albums of original dark pieces composed by commissioned professional composers, with most lyrics and vocal melodies written by
herself. Her lyrics all have double and triple meanings....on the surface, they seem one concept but are truly all about faith. She also performs
classical art song repertoire.
So Sarah decided to make a video series to touch these souls.This has been sarahs dream all along, to not feel alone by sharing through music and
words her heart. She always seeks time suspension and a moan to the heart for every personal testimony and performance.
Her personal testimony is private, hence, not published....but powerful and inspiring.
